### General Rules for Clarkathon

#### Eligibility:

1. **Participants**: Any College Student.

2. **Team Size**: Teams can range from 1-3 participants unless otherwise specified.

#### Registration:

1. All participants must register before the hackathon through the official website or platform.

2. Registrants will receive a confirmation email and further details after successful registration.

#### Conduct:

1. Any form of plagiarism is strictly prohibited. Participants found plagiarizing will be disqualified immediately.

#### Submission:

1. All projects must be submitted by the deadline announced during the event.

2. Submissions should include a video or presentation, GitHub repository, and detailed project description (See the Submission Requirements section).

3. Late submissions will not be accepted.

#### Intellectual Property:

1. Participants retain ownership of what they build during the hackathon, subject to the terms of any third-party software or APIs used.

#### Judging:

1. Projects will be evaluated based on criteria such as innovation, applicability, technical prowess, and alignment with the hackathon theme.

2. The decision of the judges is final and binding.

#### Prizes:

1. Prizes will be awarded according to the judgement criteria.

2. Winners will be announced at the end of the event and will receive their prizes as specified.

#### Tech Stack:

1. Participants are free to use any language, framework, libraries, or tools to build their project unless specified otherwise.

#### Data and Privacy:

1. Personal data provided during registration will be used only for the purpose of the hackathon and will not be shared with third parties.

1. The organizers reserve the right to amend these rules at any time.
